My homework challenge is...
P1. Improve your fitness: Over a 12 week period run or walk at least 60km or cycle 120km
I am Cycling 120km the way I'm doing this is on Monday and Tuesday I bike 2km and Sunday 5km. Sometimes I go for a bike ride with my dad but we go for different lengths.
Use Google maps to keep track of where you go and post the pics.
